Our Services

Mt. San Antonio Gardens relieves residents of the uncertainty of future health needs and enables them to remain part of the Gardens community, even if changing health needs require increasing levels of care. Our on-campus assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care communities enable residents to remain connected to friends and spouses even when temporary conditions or a permanent need for more care is required.

In addition to providing a continuum of care for Gardens residents, these special care communities also welcome local community residents, who need recuperative, rehabilitative, or long term care.
