Your Path to the Gardens

Choosing your next home is a big decision, and we want you to feel supported every step of the way. Here’s what you can expect as you move through the process of joining our community at Mt. San Antonio Gardens. Think of this as your friendly roadmap — if any questions come up, overnight stay along the way, our Marketing and Admissions team is always just a phone call away.

1. Start With a Visit

It all begins with a visit to the Gardens, where you’ll get to know our campus, meet our team, and picture what life at the Gardens could look like for you. If you’d like to experience it firsthand, we also offer an optional overnight visit — a wonderful way to get a real feel for our community before making any decisions.

2. Submit Your Application

When you’re ready to move forward, you’ll submit your completed application forms along with a non-refundable processing fee of $300 per individual or $450 per couple. Your application packet includes the following forms.

3. Secure Your Place

To be placed on our waiting list for your preferred residence type, you’ll submit a $2,500 deposit — fully refundable, or applied toward your Founders Fee.

4. Health Screening

You’ll complete an in-person physical assessment with our Gardens Medical Staff.*

5. Your New Home Awaits

Once a residence is offered and accepted, we’ll work together to set your move-in date. From acceptance, you’ll have 60 days to make your move. ** You’ll sign your contract, marking this next chapter as officially yours. The final step: pay your Founders Fee and move into your beautiful new home at the Gardens!

A couple of friendly notes:

* Preliminary acceptance is based on your health status at the time your application is completed. If any medical condition or test result comes up after preliminary acceptance, please let us know before your final physical examination with our Medical Director.

** We gently advise against selling your current home until you’ve received your Final Acceptance Letter and an official offer of a home from Mt. San Antonio Gardens.
